    Description

    Well-established law firm looking to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor into their Birmingham offices.

    As a Personal Injury Solicitor, you will be running a full caseload independently and your day-to-day duties may include:

  • EL/PL matters
  • Handling new and existing claims, including litigated matters
  • Travelling to meet clients and potential witnesses face-to-face
  • Attending Court hearings
  • Liaising with Barristers, medical experts, and other professionals to assist with each claim
  • Preparing and drafting documents, briefs, instructions, and schedules
  • Valuing claims and dealing with settlement negotiations The successful candidate will ideally have at least 2 years PQE within Personal Injury, is a team player, has excellent communication and time management skills and can maintain exceptional relationships with an established client base.
