    We're looking for a Retail Management Analytics Manager to join a globally leading consumer technology brand. This role is a new role in their structure focused on the TV and Audio business working with key retail partners to help drive optimisation and sales. The role requires a Korean speaker.

    Responsibilities:

    • Generate insights and conduct market sensing and analysis to drive sustainable business growth.
    • Lead SKU optimization efforts and efficiency analysis to enhance inventory management.
    • Strategically select stores for new product launches and premium placement.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Organise and facilitate weekly Retail Management Day meetings to align on objectives and strategies.

    Skills Required:

    • Analytical agility and deep insight into UK retail dynamics.
    • Proficiency in technical tools such as Excel, and Power BI. Experience with market data (i.e. GFK) really helpful.
    • Strategic vision and commercial foresight.
    • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home per week.
