    About the Role:

    • Seeking an experienced Business Analyst proficient in managing projects, processes, and engaging senior stakeholders in a dynamic setting.

    • What the Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
      • You are tech-savvy with expertise in Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.
      • You have hands-on experience with digital products and collaborating with tech teams.
      • You excel in interacting with senior business stakeholders.
      • You demonstrate exceptional process and project management abilities.
    • Responsibilities:
      • Conduct analysis on current processes and develop data solutions to enhance efficiency and automation.
      • Analyze operational data (maintenance, revenue, forecasting, pricing, etc.), define KPIs, and offer insights for enhancements.
      • Review project data related to property investments and management.
      • Engage with developers to enhance dashboards, specify requirements, and oversee improvement projects.
      • Contribute to internal project success by enhancing processes and sharing insights based on data analysis.
      • Analyze revenue and financial reports to identify growth opportunities and compare company performance with industry benchmarks.
