    About this role

    Join our team at AlphaSights as a Graphic Designer and get ready to be part of an amazing crew that combines creativity and strategy to develop unique and engaging brand experiences that reinforce our image and drive business success. Under the guidance of the Marketing Communications Director, you will focus on projects aimed at our key stakeholders: employees, candidates, experts, and clients. Your main tasks will involve crafting various digital and print assets, as well as assisting the team with more strategic initiatives. If you are a motivated self-starter with a knack for design, a flair for creativity, and a goal to add value to your team, this position is tailored for you.

    You'll be responsible for:

    • Being a guardian of the AlphaSights brand by developing and enhancing our brand and design systems for a consistent and engaging brand experience
    • Contributing to the brand resources library, including guidelines, photography, and icons
    • Participating in brainstorming and design feedback sessions
    • Designing various assets such as one-pagers, brochures, and other collateral
    • Creating compelling graphics and content for social media
    • Crafting visually appealing Google Slides presentations in line with the brand
    • Conceptualizing and designing infographics to highlight data reports and presentations

    Requirements

    • Completion of a Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
    • A diverse design portfolio (print and web) demonstrating strong design sensibility and conceptual skills
    • 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services setting
    • Proficiency in design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Google Slides
    • Expertise in the entire design process from concept to final deliverable
    • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail

    Compensation and benefits

    • Annual salary of £38k
    • 4% matching pension contribution
