The Underground Construction Manager will be supporting Worley on the Woodsmith Project which is being developed here in the North East of England.
This project is re-imaging mining to improve people's lives and it is setting new standards for sustainable mining while helping to boost food production and sustainable farming practices.
As a Underground Construction Manager at Worley, you will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the development for the Woodsmith project which will including Shaft sinking activities and / or underground infrastructure construction experience required for this role.
Ensuring MOC (Management of Change) compliance and adherence throughout project lifecycleEnsuring Execution plan gate criteria readiness and demonstration of mitigation to execution risks
Reviewing the Contractor's Quality Assurance & Inspection plans.
Maintaining Company inspection, monitoring & hold points
Management experience in the Engineering Construction Industry including Shaft sinking activities and / or underground infrastructure construction
