- Supervision of all administration processes for the Service Operations function (job quoting, planning and preparation, technician and 3rd party scheduling, invoicing and query resolution)
- Drive performance, team member engagement, development and succession planning
- Supervision of Service Coordinators and Administrators
- Ensure customer queries and complaints are dealt with efficiently and professionally
- Work in partnership with Technical Service Manager / Senior Technicians
- Drive improvement and standardisation of administrative processes.
- Leading the team through structural, process and systems changes.
- Previous experience working as a Senior Service Coordinator, Customer Service Manager, Team Leader or Supervisory role is required
- Knowledge of the Powered Access, Plant Machinery or Construction Equipment sector preferred but not essential
- Strong background in customer service & administration
- Ability to manage operational processes, implement improvement strategies, and guide a team through change management.
