    Role Responsibilities:

    As the Lean Six Sigma Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our operational processes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Process Analysis and Improvement: Lead end-to-end process analysis to identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency within the legal service delivery framework.
    • Project Management: Manage and execute Lean Six Sigma projects from initiation to completion, applying proven methodologies to drive tangible results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and monitor project timelines.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and statistical methods to identify trends, measure performance, and make informed decisions. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
    • Change Management: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by fostering awareness and understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles across the organization. Implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and methodologies.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with legal professionals, support staff, and other stakeholders to understand their unique requirements and challenges. Work closely with teams to tailor Lean Six Sigma solutions that align with the organization's strategic objectives.

    Skills Requirements:

    • Must hold a recognized Lean Six Sigma certification (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) with a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvement initiatives.
    • Strong understanding of service delivery processes and a demonstrated ability to apply Lean Six Sigma principles in a professional services context
    • Proficient in data analysis and statistical methods. Ability to use data to identify opportunities for improvement and measure the impact of process changes.
    • Proven experience in leading and managing projects, from scoping to implementation, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams. Adept at presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
