    What you'll be doing

  • Filing, scanning, typing, faxing and emailing
  • Use a variety of Microsoft Packages (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint) to compose and update documents
  • Deal with communications, over the telephone, written and face to face from other stakeholders in the business and external customers
  • Organise and service meetings which involve taking and preparing minutes and undertaking any follow up actions
  • Provide general administration support to line manager and wider team
  • Working with clients to understand their unique reporting requirements
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of management information reports
  • Who we're looking for

  • You will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs 9-4/ A*-C including Maths & English, or equivalent coupled with an interest in Business Administration.
  • You will have a basic knowledge of MS packages including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • You will have a have a friendly, flexible approach to your working day and a willingness to work with and support colleagues
  • You will have an enthusiastic, engaged attitude and eagerness to learn and develop personally and professionally
  • Ideally hold a full UK drivers licence at the time of joining
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK at the time of joining
