- Report directly to the Credit Manager
- Managing a substantial ledger of live accounts
- Pursue outstanding payments from customers
- Address and resolve any inquiries regarding invoices
- Generate invoices and oversee debit and credit notes
- Allocate funds and reconcile petty cash
- Handle intricate customer situations that demand attention to detail
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients, varying from small businesses to large corporations
- Execute miscellaneous administrative tasks when necessary, such as credit assessments and new account setups
- 2-3 years of prior experience in a credit control position with full accountability for a ledger of accounts
- Thorough understanding of Credit operations, including legal procedures
- Demonstrated commitment, diligence, and effective communication skills
- Capable of thriving within a team setting
- Comfortable operating with minimal supervision
- Proficient in managing a heavy workload with competing demands
- Enjoy a conducive work environment and convenient onsite parking
- Competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £28,000
- Work a standard 37.5-hour week with flexible start and end times (9.00am – 5.00pm)
- Experience a welcoming, cooperative, and encouraging workplace atmosphere
