We have a new requirement for a
Building Services Handyman within our Aberdeenoffice_

_ Details are as follows:

Start date:
ASAP

Duration:
Contractor, Temporary, Full Time

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

Carry out general maintenance and repair duties at offices as instructed by Facilities Manager/Supervisor
Carry out the daily tasks which include the daily delivery of all internal mail to the relevant department, the emptying of all the recycling bins and the keeping tidy of all printer/copier areas and communal areas.
Delivery against defined PPM (Pre Planned Maintenance) tasks
Resolving Help Desk calls
Carry out and planning of all internal desk moves, furniture movements etc
Carry out all toner changes on the copiers/printers
Maintain office lighting
Erect whiteboards, pictures, clocks etc
Maintain car park and external areas (e.g. clearing leaves, fire exits, snow etc)
Make deliveries across the site
Carry out general decorating/gardening duties at site
Ad hoc duties as required
Contractor management and control

You should have the following experience:

Understanding of Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Complying to Health, Safety & Welfare Requirements and upholding legislative and regulatory required as advised.
Team working, and lone working skills
Support and documentation in line with Goods in team
Manuel Handling
Understanding the day to day requirements in line with plant and operations
