Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant

Trafford Park

£28, ,000 basic salary plus commission 10-15% on ALL BILLINGS no threshold, parking, 25 days' annual leave, healthcare cashback scheme, pension, company events, holiday incentives.

Harrison Sands are excited to be recruiting for an expanding industrial recruitment agency that on the back of a record year or profit has opened a new branch in Trafford Park and are looking for a Senior Consultant to join the team with a progression routeto Branch Manager or Business Development Manager


The role will focus on operating in a 360 capacity, chasing established leads and working in partnership with the logistics division to source and develop business, as well as filling bookings for warehouse temps within the existing client base, accountmanaging and servicing what's already in branch.


  • This position is ideal for an ambitious recruiter who has focused on temporary placement within the industrial/ warehousing sector, is comfortable dealing with clients over the phone and face to face (and can drive to local client sites) and has the desireto grow their career quickly with a supportive agency who have a brilliant industry reputation and a solid regional network.

Salary:
£28,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
