- Maintain effective working relationships with employers to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
- Overall responsibility for the pension data held and processed by the fund ensuring it complies with legal requirements including the Pension Regulator.
- Delivery of effective support and training to scheme employers.
- Flexible working, working at least two days a week in the Civic Centre in Keynsham, halfway between Bristol and Bath and easily accessible via public transport
- IT equipment for home working, including a laptop
- 26 days annual leave, rising to 31 days after 5 years' service, pro-rata for part-time workers
- Access to a flexible working scheme allowing up to an additional 1.5 days leave every four weeks

The Avon Pension Fund currently has exciting opportunities for a motivated individual to lead our Employer Services Team.
Employer Services Team
The Employer Services team is responsible for the overall performance of the funds scheme employers. As Employer Services Manager you will be the primary liaison officer with the Fund's employers, improving the efficiency and performance of the Avon Pension Fund by promoting and facilitating effective relationships and working arrangements between Avon Pension Fund and its growing number and diversity of scheme employers and their payroll services.
