    GMP Trainer – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
    Location: Greater London
    Permanent
    Salary:     up to £35,000

    As a GMP Trainer – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, your responsibilities will include:

    - Developing and delivering captivating GMP training programs encompassing regulations, procedures, and best practices.

    - Collaborating with experts to devise effective training materials (such as presentations, manuals, multimedia).

    - Employing diverse delivery methods to suit various learning preferences.

    - Ensuring programs are in accordance with current regulations, industry benchmarks, and company protocols.

    - Maintaining records, assessing program efficiency, and revising content for ongoing enhancement.

    - Keeping updated on GMP advancements, industry patterns, and training strategies.

    - Contributing to quality enhancement schemes concentrating on efficiency and adherence.

    To qualify for the GMP Trainer – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing position, you should possess the following:

    - Prior experience in Learning & Development.

    - Ability to thrive in a team setting.

    - Flexible and adaptable with a methodical and rational approach to issue resolution.

    - Outstanding communication and presentation proficiencies.

    - Capability to foster productive relationships with colleagues at all hierarchies.

    - Effective planning and prioritization skills.

    - Ability to remain resilient in the face of change.

    - Proficiency in computer operation (proficient in MS Office).

    - Familiarity with cGMP and regulatory conformity (preferable).

    - Understanding and background in working within a Pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing atmosphere (preferable).
