    HR Officer

    Full time & Permanent

    Coleshill (onsite)

    Our client is a manufacturing company located in Coleshill and is currently in need of an experienced HR Officer to assist in supporting a growing workforce.

    This organization is undergoing significant growth, expecting to double its turnover this financial year, presenting an excellent opportunity for career advancement to an Advisory level role.

    Reporting to the HR Manager within a small HR team that supports a workforce of approximately 500 employees, this role involves various generalist HR responsibilities, such as:

    • Assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
    • Preparing and issuing employment contracts
    • Maintaining HR systems up to date
    • Facilitating inductions
    • Handling initial employee inquiries covering employee relations to contract changes
    • Conducting note-taking during employee relations meetings and aiding the HR Manager in complex ER cases
    • Performing general administrative tasks

    This is a full-time permanent role with working hours from Monday to Thursday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm and an early finish at 1 pm on Fridays.

    Kindly note that this position requires full-time presence at the Coleshill site.

    We are seeking experienced HR professionals for this role, individuals with a proven background in generalist HR operations and expertise in end-to-end recruitment procedures.

    Applicants should hold a CIPD Level 3 certification or its equivalent, or be able to demonstrate substantial practical experience coupled with a comprehensive knowledge of UK employment legislation.

    The ideal candidate will be accustomed to thriving in fast-paced, high-volume environments like manufacturing, logistics, or similar sectors, and possess the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
