- Working to clear the backlog of reviews for vendors. Each vendor undergoes due diligence at regular intervals. This involves being the first screener for reviewing and analysing questionnaires and company documents.
- Assisting the LDD team in general, this will involve administrative tasks, logging tasks, managing large data storage sheets, and taking care of the shared LDD mailbox etc.
- Providing support with the launch of our new vendor data management tool.
- Attention to detail and a critical eye, especially when conducting vendor reviews.
- Efficient and collaborative.

About the team:
The Legal Due Diligence (LDD) team is a small team within the wider Office of the General Counsel (OGC) team.
The team is responsible for centrally managing the due diligence of all third-party vendors that Fragomen uses world-wide. The LDD team is based within the UK and the OGC team is spread around the world.
You will be responsible for helping co-ordinate vendor onboardings and recertifications. In turn, supporting Fragomen to achieve business goals and maintain its great reputation.
About the role:
This role will be part of the TPVDD (third party vendor due diligence) team which sits within Fragomen's Office of General Counsel team. It is a small but cohesive team, with the potential to grow.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have strong administrative and analytical skills, preferably with previous experience in an office-based environment.
Fragomen in Sheffield:
Our Sheffield office is based in the city centre with the added bonus of free on-site parking, as well as several public transport links close by. The office has approximately 400 people working collaboratively and creating a dynamic, positive environment with over 20 different languages being spoken.
