    Our Estate Management Team specializes in providing block management services for apartment blocks and freehold estates across the country, ensuring secure and pleasant living environments for our customers. We take charge of all aspects of service related to the common areas of the developments we oversee.

    We are currently on the lookout for a Property Manager to join our Estate Management Team on a permanent, full-time basis.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage a portfolio of developments in Southampton and South West efficiently.
    • Oversee the complete lifecycle of buildings, including setting budgets, handling accounts, and managing major works.
    • Focus on delivering outstanding customer service by addressing resident and client inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and participating in resident meetings.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

    Requirements

    • Prior experience in property management roles and ability to establish strong professional connections.
    • Detail-oriented individual with proficiency in IT systems and strong language skills.
    • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with residents and clients.
    • Preferably hold an IRPM qualification.
