    Description
    HIU FCU Engineer
    • Permanent, LondonHours: 40 per week, 08.
    00am pm Monday to FridaySalary: £35,000 to £40,000 dependant on skills & experienceDuties & Responsibilities * To carry our servicing of heat interface units and fan coil units across a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in accordance with manufacturers recommendations * To ensure properties/apartments have correct heating, ventilation, air cooling and water temperatures all year round.

    * To carry out repairs identified during servicing including removal/replacement of pumps, valves and actuators plus bleeding systems * Update and log all results within 24 hours of the servicing being completed and advise sites when updates are complete * Ensure a list of all defects and repairs required are logged and reported back to the electrical supervisor.

    * To carry out general plumbing repairs * To update management so adequate stocks of materials can be maintained and identify requirements for critical spares * Ensure works and tasks are completed to a very high standard and conform to industry legislation * Ensure works and tasks are completed to a very high standard and conform to industry legislation * Deliver a first class service to customers and clients * Perform duties in accordance with departmental health and safety policies and procedures * Carry out any other duties that may from time to time be requiredSkills & Experience * Plumbing or HVAC qualifications * Proven experience in working in the plumbing or HVAC industry * Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

    * Good communication skills, both verbal & written. * Able to use initiative or as part of team. * Ability to work under pressure. * Experience in undertaking maintenance activities within a complex multi-building environment. * Understanding of good customer care. * Experience with working in a residential environment.
