Description
The key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the operationalisation of the new system.
- Acting as the operational link between multiple stakeholders.
- Ensuring the Pro-ViceChancellor Academic Development and Sustainability, and Executive Director of HR are briefed on implementation and operational concerns and challenges that emerge.
- Develop straightforward training material for users of the systems.
- Ensuring that data from source systems is maintained and ingested at regular intervals.
- Allocations are updated, and relevant administrator tasks are completed.
Profile
- Strong oral/written communication skills.
- Strong numerical skills.
- IT proficient including MS Office, Teams, Outlook.
- The ability to deal with conflicting deadlines.
- The ability to deal with people of differing levels of seniority.
- An interest in data/IT/analysis.
