Description

The key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the operationalisation of the new system.
  • Acting as the operational link between multiple stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the Pro-ViceChancellor Academic Development and Sustainability, and Executive Director of HR are briefed on implementation and operational concerns and challenges that emerge.
  • Develop straightforward training material for users of the systems.
  • Ensuring that data from source systems is maintained and ingested at regular intervals.
  • Allocations are updated, and relevant administrator tasks are completed.

Profile

  • Strong oral/written communication skills.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • IT proficient including MS Office, Teams, Outlook.
  • The ability to deal with conflicting deadlines.
  • The ability to deal with people of differing levels of seniority.
  • An interest in data/IT/analysis.
