GL Assessment are recruiting for a new exciting vacancy in our Customer Service team.

Reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent levels of customer service whilst upholding the values of the Company.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide customers with a service which exceeds expectations and portrays the professional image of GL Education at all times
  • Take full responsibility and ownership for customer queries to by keeping them updated at every stage until a satisfactory resolution has been reached
  • Process customers' orders with 100% accuracy and at a speed which enables daily targets to be achieved
  • To undertake any aspect of database administration prior to order entry to ensure the smooth processing of customer orders
  • Answer all calls efficiently with a professional and caring manner
  • Respond to customer enquiries/processing of orders accurately and in the most cost effective way within the agreed timescales
  • Commitment to take on board all training for systems and product knowledge and maintain.
  • Offer product knowledge
  • Be aware of sales and marketing promotions
  • Liaise with logistic operation and warehouse functions to enable accurate processing
  • General administration duties
  • Generate sales and leads for new business
  • Maximise Customer spend through up selling
  • Support territory sales consultant, answer queries, provide account information and forward potential leads

We offer salary between £11,946 depending on experience. This is part time vacancy offering 20 hours per week, between the hours of 9am and 3pm.
