You will provide effective communication with clients and different internal departments while providing technical support, ensure accurate documentation of actions taken while prioritising tickets.
You will deliver exceptional customer service and enjoy going the extra mile.Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve Apple Mac issuesPrioritise and manage support ticketsEscalate complex issues when necessary, with detailed handoverMeet ticket resolution goalsStay up to date with emerging IT trends and technologiesUpdate client documentationAssist with other IT related tasks and projects as neededSkills:Strong knowledge and experienced in supporting Apple Mac hardware and softwareWindows server and desktopExperience with a ticketing system, such as Zendesk, Freshservice and ServiceNowPossess a problem-solving mindsetApple device support certificationExcellent customer service skillsOutstanding communication skillsMicrosoft 365 and Google WorkspaceOur client offers excellent training with ongoing support, career progression, work events, annual leave increasing with each year of service (maximum of 3 days), day off for your birthday, private medical insurance and more.
