    Our client is seeking a dedicated Formalities Specialist to join the esteemed team. In this role, the Formalities Specialist will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of administrative processes related to IP documentation. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for intellectual property. Key Responsibilities
    • Monitoring and managing the firms email inboxes (including Team inboxes)/liliMonitoring and maintaining internal reminders and deadlines/liliTaking an active role in documenting key processes and keep documented/liliprocesses current/liliRegular liaison with clients, fee earners and other members of the firm/liliTaking an active role in training and mentoring other staff new to the department/team/liliProactively suggesting areas where our processes, systems, and documentation could be improved/liliOther ad hoc or project duties that may arise within the Formalities Team or other areas of the firm/liliPreparing documents and forms for submission to patent and trade mark offices (PTOs) /liliDouble checking work processed by others/li/ul pstrongRequirements:/strong/pul liA CIPA qualification is advantageous/liliPrevious experience in a formalities or administrative role within an IP firm or legal environment is preferred/liliExperience in maintaining records where a high degree of accuracy was crucial/liliExceptional attention to detail and organisational skills/liliStrong written and verbal communication abilities./liliProficiency in IP management software and the Microsoft Office Suite/liliAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment/li/ul pstrongWhy Join Our Client?/strong/pul liOpportunity to work with a diverse clientele spanning various industries/liliSupportive and collaborative work culture that fosters professional growth and development/liliCompetitive salary and benefits package/liliPotential for career advancement within a reputable and growing firm/li/ul pApply online or contact Antony Setford at G2 Legal today./p
