    Inthis role you will

    Work withcolleagues to develop relationships with clients and become theprincipal point of contact for them qualifying quoting andoperating their tours. By delivering the ultimate customerexperience and putting the client at the heart of the business youwill help grow and develop WebBeds from within the GroupsDepartment.

    Keyresponsibilities

    • Towork closely with Product Team (who are responsible for booking allservices and hotels for your groups) to provide them with all thenecessary tools in order for them to book everything correctly andaccording to the offers confirmed to our agents i.e. correct budgetfor buying rates for both hotel and services timed itineraries anyadditional info they should be aware of during the buyingprocess.
    • To assume total responsibility of abooking at 40 days prior undertaking 40 days check and makingfurther adjustment as necessary.
    • To create andissue final timed itinerary vouchers invoicing clients by givendeadline.
    • To achieve customer excellence bytaking all necessary steps to ensure the success of the tour fromboth the agent and end clients perspective.
    • Toensure the financial details of all bookings are accurate and up todate within the Tourplan platform.
    • To visitclients abroad and within the UK as and whenrequired.
    • To organise and accompany clientspotential clients on FAM Trips inspectiontrips.
    • To be a team player and support yourcolleagues.
    • To participate in the emergencycover rota operating outside officehours.

    Theskills we would love to see in yoursuitcase

    • Fluency inEnglish.
    • A solid working knowledge of MicrosoftWord Excel.
    • Outlook Powerpoint and theInternet.
    • Desire to deliver exceptionalcustomer service.
    • Resultsdriven.
    • Commercial awareness andunderstanding
