    Job Description: Luxury Sales Consultant – MaxMara Department Store Locations

    We are currently seeking sales consultants for the MaxMara Department Store locations in central London.

    > Country: United Kingdom

    > Region: London

    > Contract type: Permanent

    > Availability: Full Time

    > Years experience: One year experience is a premium.

    > Starting date: Immediately

    > Language: Mandarin & Conversational English.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standards
    • Pursue the specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager in order to contribute in the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in a team
    • Clientele activities
    • Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized;
    • Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge;
    • Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
    • Deals with customer queries and complaints;
    • Acts as ambassador of the customer-centric logic within the store;

    Profile:

    The ideal candidate will:

    • Have Mandarin as a first language.
    • Demonstrate good conversational English.
    • Have relevant experience in luxury retail.
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service
    • Be motivated to achieve personal and team goals and have worked to KPI's
    • Continuously maintain high standards.
