    respect, innovation, and collaboration. The Conflicts Reporting Analyst is an integral part of Lathams Office of the General Counsel team.

    This role will be responsible for communicating with attorneys responsible for matters that present a potential conflict, evaluating information obtained from attorneys, and assisting with the resolution of all conflicts issues that arise during the attorney hiring and new business processes, while preparing and finalizing conflict check reports using the firms conflicts database, Intapp Open, to be sent to attorneys, analysts, and other staff.

    This role will be located in either our London or Manchester office.

    Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

    Updating data in the conflicts databases as necessary; Conducting research regarding corporate entities that are subject to conflicts review using a variety of electronic databases, the Internet, and print sources
    Display strong organizational skills needed to manage time well, prioritise effectively, and handle multiple deadlines ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

    Demonstrated work experience involving professional interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and ability to work independently
    Experience with Intapp Open software
