    More about the role:

    • This is a mobile position, covering Retirement Living Developments in Edinburgh, East & Midlothian.
    • You will be in charge of the day-to-day management and administration of our Retirement Living housing developments, adhering to group policies and procedures.
    • Conducting viewings and allocation visits, assisting new tenants in settling in, performing relevant Health & Safety checks, and managing buildings.

    More about you:

    • Preferred knowledge and experience in a similar role and industry.
    • Your application should showcase how your skills align with the job description and what you can contribute to the role and the team.
    • Experience in Health and Safety and property management is desirable.
    • A full clean driving licence, access to your vehicle, and readiness to travel within the specified areas.
