    Team Introduction

    The mission of the Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) is to manage all incoming and outgoing cash transactions in timely, accurate, efficient and controlled manner.

    - Expense Verification and Processing: Verify and process employee reimbursement requests, ensuring all details comply with company policies. Validate information for accuracy and adherence to reimbursement policies.

    Engage with employees to address inquiries and discrepancies professionally.- Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions on reimbursement systems and policies.

    Effectively communicate complex policies to employees in an understandable manner.- Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with external vendors to reconcile reimbursement expenses.

    Maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors.- Regulatory Compliance: File expense reports and hard-copy receipts in accordance with local regulatory requirements.

    Stay informed on local regulations and ensure compliance.- Process Improvement: Identify pain points in the reimbursement process and suggest improvements.

    Propose creative solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance.- Ad-

    Hoc Tasks:
    Assist with various tasks as assigned by the team lead, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic environment. Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.


    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Experience in the accounting industry
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Quick learner with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to think strategically and contribute proactively to team goals.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience in the Technology or Internet industry.
    • Part/qualified member of ACA/ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
