GovNet is excited to be partnering with ISBL in their recruitment for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Administrator to join ISBL on a full-time basis.

The role:

The Business Administrator will deliver support across the organisation to events, membership, training and professional development. Promote ISBL and its services and increase customer awareness of the business.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Liaising with content lead, speakers, sponsors and trainers on training and conference content and scheduling.
  • Managing the website, drafting promotion material, answering training and booking enquiries, distributing materials and assisting when required with event logistics on the day
  • Designing and producing creative assets and promotions to support the delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Produce marketing and training analytics and give support and guidance to the improvement of marketing campaigns, training and activities
  • Maintain the proper management of products including the schedule of events, price architecture, reductions, offers and customer engagement forms and surveys
  • Assist in the coordination and management of the regional events, and an annual national conference, as instructed

Special working conditions

  • Travelling to training and events across England, including overnight stays
  • Attending evening and early morning events, if required.
  • Manual handling of event equipment (banners, literature, etc.)
