Including:- Customer – inc C-level, varying customer size, BTLB – MD's, sales teams, field sales, desk opps BT – PSM, Specialist peers, Trading, Commercial, Customer Service & Order Management, Propositions, Product, Marketing. Technical knowledge on specific products & services relating to internet access and data networking
- Be an exemplar for BT system usage and drive the right behaviours of usage within BTLBs
- Proven track record in Fixed Product Internet access & data networking sales
- Demonstrative history of achieving sales targets
- Evidenced sales planning capability, including KPI's used to drive outcomes
- Commercial thinker who uses internal/external insights for creating compelling customer propositions
