    Description

    Manager (Marketing Automation) - Business Development & Marketing - Group - London

    The role sits within the BD&M department which provides afull marketing and business development programme to the JTC Group .

    Purpose of Job

    To support the JTC's digital marketing strategy for Group/InstitutionalClient Services (ICS)/Private Client Services (PCS) teams globally, with a corefocus on marketing automation and generation campaigns.

    Main Responsibilities and Duties

    • Working collaboratively with the divisional marketing teams to support the delivery of business development and marketing plans
    • Manage all aspects of Pardot, serving as business champion/subject matter expert:
      - Implementation of automation rules and engagement studio
      - Campaign Management, Dynamic content
      - Build forms
    • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and identify new opportunities for demand generation
    • Manage data management initiatives, including segmentation implementation and analysis, list management
    • Manage the database subscription vendors and ensure smooth integration with marketing databases
    • Manage marketing automation campaigns for Webinars and in-person events
    • Provide support to users, training and help deliver the digital marketing roadmap
    • Producing of marketing campaign reports
    • Inspire and motivate the team to sustain the Group's unique stakeholder culture and adherence to core competencies
    • Lead, inspire and develop direct reports and peers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth and continuous improvement, providing guidance and managing performance in order to enhance skills, knowledge and support career development.
    • Adhere to the JTC core values and expected behaviours.
    • Adhere to Risk & Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
    • Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.
    • Degree or relevant professional qualification
    • Strong experience in Pardot and engagement studio
    • Experience of reporting on performance metrics
    • Experience with Pardot integrations such as Zoom Webinar
    • Strong communication skills with an enthusiastic and helpful attitude towards colleagues and clients
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Experience with CMS systems e.g. WordPress is a plus
