    Job Title: Lead Power Platform Developer, D365

    Location: London/Hybrid

    Salary: Circa £90k + excellent bonus + excellent benefits

    A prestigious financial services company in the City of London is seeking a Lead/Senior Power Platform Developer. This role offers a great chance to leave your mark in an innovative and dynamic setting. As part of the Business Applications team, you will play a crucial part in optimizing their use of the Microsoft Power Platform with Dynamics 365. Your responsibilities will involve developing and enhancing their Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms estate to support the business's operational and growth objectives. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will lead a talented team of developers to tailor the system to meet requirements and deliver top-notch solutions, all while upholding data accuracy and integrity standards.

    You will collaborate with Business and IT teams within the organization to ensure the Power Platforms and Dynamics 365 remain maintainable, supportable, and follow best practices in platform design and development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Development & Coding:
      • Lead the coding and development of innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
    • Solution Support & Improvement:
      • Provide ongoing support and drive continuous improvement for existing solutions.
      • Ensure the necessary governance and support documentation is in place.
    • Collaboration and Communication:
      • Act as the technical lead within the change portfolio for the Power Platforms and Dynamics 365, sharing essential updates with stakeholders.
    • Solution Design:
      • Lead the technical design and architecture of solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, encompassing Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
      • Consult with group functions to ensure our solutions adhere to group standards in architecture, security, and integration.

    Key Requirements:

    • Proven background as a Senior Power Platforms Developer with extensive experience in Dynamics 365.
    • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365.
    • Strong grasp of the software development life cycle.
    • Experience in leading developer teams.
    • Knowledge of data integration and migration.
