    As a business we have experienced extraordinary growth and are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant with proven 360 billing abilities to join our UK office based by Gatwick


    You will need to be confident building lasting relationships with clients/candidates and be able to advise and negotiate, along with managing the full recruitment process.

    You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skillset with the addition of high commission and potential future career development.

    The Role:
    nEffectively run and maintain a 360 desk in your verticalnConsistently and actively networknCross-sell Albion Rye servicesnRemain up-to-date with market news and eventsnMaintain a high level of business developmentnProvide support across the sales floor

    The Ideal Candidate:
    nProven and consistent 360 billernExperience in a high-calibre industry, working with senior rolesnWillingness to support all members of the sales floor in order to aid successnMotivated to progressnHas the drive to learn and adopt leadership mentality
