You will support the Director and other college managers to ensure outstanding standards of provision through the planning, review, development, design and implementation of a curriculum which satisfies our communities and employers continuing needs.

You should have a degree in Maths or Science or a relevant subject/discipline or relevant management experience, along with a full teaching qualification; with successful experience of teaching in one of the subject areas you will be leading or courses up to Advanced level; a proven track record of improving the learner experience and the ability to make accurate judgments about the quality of teaching, learning and assessment.
You should also have substantial supervisory, curriculum, course management experience within a Further Education College or Post-16 School environment.
