    General Teaching Assistant Wanted

Protocol Education are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual for a general Teaching Assistant role for a school in the Stockton-on-Tees area. If you are ready to take on the rewarding role of inspiring students on their educational journey as a TA, we want to hear from you

    Position: General Teaching Assistant

    Location: Stockton-on-Tees

    Start Date: Immediate

    Pay: £75-90 daily rate

    Application end date: 20/04/24

    Key Responsibilities as a General TA:

    • Providing efficient support withing the classroom, assisting the teacher in delivering captivating lessons.
    • Working closely with pupils in one-to-one or small group settings.
    • Assisting in implementing Educational Support Plans and ensuring the pupils needs are met.
    • Supporting students with diverse learning needs.
    • Working collaboratively with Teachers, parents, and other support staff to create a supportive, safe, and engaging environment.

    Requirements:

    • MUST hold a Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
    • Experience within a EYFS setting in the UK.
    • Must be local to the Teesside area (driver is preferred).
    • Excellent written and communication skills.
    • Confident, compassionate, and committed to supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.

    All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
