Responsibilities for Learning Support Assistant:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll be providing tailored 1:1 support to a Year 2 student, focusing on their individual learning and development.

Collaborate with the class teacher and other educational staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere to aid the student's academic and social growth.
Facilitate both individual and group activities, ensuring the student remains engaged and supported throughout.
Proactively address the student's needs with consistent and empathetic support.

Requirements for Learning Support Assistant:
Prior experience as a Learning Support Assistant, especially in a 1:1 role, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, patient, and understanding approach to supporting SEN students.
Ability to work effectively with teachers and contribute positively to the classroom environment.
Availability for trials during the week commencing 10th May.
