Butler Rose is excited to be collaborating with large and highly recognisable UK business in recruiting into their senior finance team.

As Financial Planning Analyst you'll get to use your technical accounting expertise and investigative prowess prepare regular and bespoke reports, complex consolidations, ensure effective communication and sharing of information across multiple teams, whilst ensuring the highest level of controls are adhered to.

The role offers variety and challenge with regular tasks include but are not limited to:

Support the budgeting and formal forecast cycles including rolling forecast and long-term business planning
Creation of highquality reports, analysis and commentary on performance to assist decision making
Own and manage relationships wider to understand and communicate drivers of monthend performance and forwardlooking view to support the achievement of targets
Understanding of cashflow performance and providing insights on the overall position including risks and opportunities
Provide inputs into key finance initiatives and support with adhoc queries

You'll also display the following skills / experience / knowledge.

Partly or fully qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent
Strong technical background with experience of external financial reporting under IFRS.
Strong IT including advanced Excel and use of SAP (preferable)
