Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.Principal Cost Analyst - Manchester LocationYou'll be:Accurate cost control reporting with respect to budgets, commitments, VOWD and forecasts, as per contractual and Worley requirements.
Input & Review Project controls procedures such as invoicing procedure, budget and cost control procedure, accounting & invoicing procedure, change order procedureEnsure PAAF procedure, PAAF process and register are up and maintenance are set up correctly and in line with contract, customer and Worley requirementsSub-contract cost management and reporting as requiredMonthly internal cost reportingProfitability reportingDevelop, review and comment on project control procedures to ensure compliance with all contractual and Worley requirementsCost control systems set upMaintenance of Project Cost Control SystemChange Order Coordination and ControlManagement and maintenance of Project Staffing PlanInput & Review Project controls procedures such as invoicing procedure, budget and cost control procedure, accounting & invoicing procedure, change order procedureEnsure PAAF procedure, PAAF process and register are up and maintenance are set up correctly and in line with contract, customer and Worley requirementsSub-contract cost management and reporting as requiredMonthly internal cost, revenue and margin analysis reportingProject close-out and benchmarkingComfortable communicating Cost information to Worley stakeholders and Client RepresentativesRequired to promote good working relationships within the Project Controls Teams and other project departments and client representatives.
Required to show commitment to and promote Worley values and ensuring the realisation of company and project health, safety, environmental, quality and ethics, systems, policies and proceduresYou'll haveSignificant experience in cost control.
Similar industry experienceExtensive knowledge of cost control/reporting techniques & methodsKnowledge and understanding of contract terms & conditions related to cost, payments, penalties, insurances, guarantees & similar items and physical progress measurement system.
