Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and personable Receptionist to join our team at Castle Green Homes.

As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and employees.

Additionally, the receptionist will play a crucial role in managing incoming calls, handling administrative tasks, and assisting various departments as needed.


Responsibilities:

Create a friendly and positive atmosphere by warmly welcoming all visitors, clients, and employees to the office premises.

Manage all incoming calls promptly, professionally, and efficiently, directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments.


Assist potential buyers and clients with their inquiries and requests, providing them with accurate information about our developments and services.

Provide general administrative support to various departments, including handling mail, managing office supplies, and coordinating office events or meetings.

Coordinate appointments and maintain the schedules of key personnel, including meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements.

Act as a liaison between external parties, clients, and internal staff, facilitating clear and effective communication channels.

Maintain and update visitor logs, employee contact lists, and other administrative records as required.

Address visitor and client complaints or concerns with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution or escalation to appropriate personnel.

Monitor access to the building, enforcing security protocols, and ensuring the safety of the premises.


Requirements:

1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

Strong interpersonal abilities, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanour to create a positive first impression for visitors and clients.

Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail to manage front desk operations effectively.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise workloads, and manage time efficiently.

Proactive problem-solving skills to address issues independently and find appropriate resolutions.

Presentable appearance and professional conduct that aligns with the company's values and image.

Willingness to adapt to changing situations and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
