    We are in search of skilled Graduate Civil Engineers to be part of our expanding civil design team in Bristol. Join us in creating detailed designs for water projects in the UK. This position offers flexible working options, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office and the ability to adjust start and end times.

    What will you be doing?

    We are currently seeking a dedicated Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team in Bristol. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced engineers from various disciplines to deliver projects by:

    • Assisting in developing designs and specifications for civil engineering projects.
    • Providing technical support within a team of engineers and technicians.
    • Ensuring design output meets project requirements and deadlines.
    • Collaborating with colleagues across disciplines to add value to projects.

    Working with us will expose you to diverse projects that contribute to combating climate change and enhancing the UK's water resources. You will learn from experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering technical excellence and be given opportunities for independent work as you progress.

    As a Sweco graduate, you will be part of a program that includes visits to different UK offices, networking with other graduates, and developing essential soft skills for your role and career progression.
