    Client Business Partner | Salary of up to £35,000 | Hybrid

    This is an exciting opportunity for a Client Business Partner to support in the creation and implementation of strategic initiatives for Experis and their client(s), whilst delivering exceptional client experiences. The role will partner with the Account Director in setting the strategy for the Key Account base, whilst at the same time creating a high-performance culture.

    The role involves but not limited to; requirement sourcing & oversight, relationship building, problem solving, stakeholder management and SLA ownership - all whilst identifying and actively driving revenue growth, including high margin service lines across all accounts.     Responsibilities include:

    • To act as single point of contact for client business units ensuring a high touch value added service is provided.
    • Effectively manage client relationships, expectations and satisfaction across multiple sites and geographies.
    • To create and maintain strong strategic and operational relationships within the business units at all levels to facilitate a deeper understanding of the account regarding the client's strategic vision.
    • Able to handle complex situations with the client and effectively negotiate potential issues or areas of conflict, facilitating a 'win-win' situation.
    • To take responsibility for the end to end delivery of permanent recruitment solutions for each individual hiring manager.
    • Conduct market research and utilise data analytics to inform innovative recruitment strategies.
    • Define and analyse recruitment metrics, conducting root cause analysis to drive data-driven solutions and provide regular updates to senior management.
    • Targeting niche skill sets: Utilise your expertise to identify and engage candidates possessing rare and in-demand skills, expanding the talent pool beyond conventional methods.
    • Ability to educate client around the full Experis product set, and using buy in triggers to sell the solutions effectively.

    About you:

    • Experience of stakeholder relationship and management.
    • Ability to think analytically, taking a data led approach.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to time manage and prioritise tasks.
    • Proven capability in proactive sourcing niche skills across Engineering, IT, Finance or Corporate functions.
    • Ability in strategically planning alongside hiring managers and organisational leaders to attract, engage and retain top talent.
    • Proficiency in utilising data and analytics tools to gather insights, track recruitment metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimise recruitment processes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, environments, and client requirements in a fast-paced recruitment setting.
    • Drive to succeed.
    • Highly consultative approach with a good work ethic and natural credibility.
    • Confident, assertive and fair with strong communication skills.
    • Ability to work to strict deadlines with changing objectives.
