DNO innovation and Data Consultant (Energy)

Location:
Hybrid working -London

Salary:
£75, % bonus

Summary:


Key responsibilities:


  • Identify and progress project and servicebased opportunities relating to data and digitization to support the DNOs through the energy transition,
  • Develop DNOfocused business opportunities and proposals based on customer needs and existing data services through stakeholder network
  • Identify and communicate with stakeholders with a focus on user needs
  • Work closely with internal teams to drive collaborative project development
  • Programme reporting to Head of DSO Transformation

Skills and experience required:

-
Expert knowledge of electricity distribution networks, distributed energy resources, flexibility, and the changes affecting the energy industry:

  • Understanding of technology systems employed by the distribution network operators
  • Experience of working with distribution network operators and wider energy stakeholders
  • Experience working in both industry and consulting ideally
  • Excellent and demonstrable communication, report and presentation writing skills
  • The ability to analyse, visualise, model, articulate and solve complex problems and concepts
  • Cando attitude to resolving issues and managing risks
  • Well organised, structured approach to programmes of work
