    Role:
    Operations Research AnalystExpected duration: 8 MonthsPay rate: £250 to £300 per day + Holiday pay (PAYE – Inside IR35)

    Location:

    Central London – Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from homeStart: ImmediateOur client is a global leading digital video services provider, now available in more than 240 countries and territories.

    Their services offers customers the broadest selection of any on-demand video service.
    Their studios Studios Global Research Operations team are looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst.

    The team leads recruitment and customer engagement initiatives to retain high response rates and drives customer focused solutions to custom testing strategies.

    They Develop visual reporting tools used by cross-team stakeholders, and partner across multiple teams to deep dive into customer dataKey job responsibilities

    • Support programming, QA, sampling, and deployment tasks for surveys across multiple locales and languages
    • Partner with Research Managers and Operations managers across global panels to support translations tasks and processes
    • Evaluates and analyses research scope, define project needs
    • Designs research approach and strategy, define milestones, timelines, and KPI
    • Documents end-to-end workflow, RACI, SOP, and SLA as required
    • Dives deep and analyses data from various sources and iterate the mechanisms as needed
    • Identifies opportunities to make the workflow more efficient and recommends strategy for streamlining
    • Independently or under manager's supervision make high judgement calls on ambiguous issues
    • Develop a deep understanding of our partners research needs and create impactful testing strategies
    • Drive excellence in customer engagement and retention policiesRequirements1-2 years of professional non-internship experience (marketing, consumer insights, or project management)
    Any applications with more than 5 years experience will not be suitable for this roleExperience in deploying, programming and/or writing surveys (Essential)Experience with Qualtrics (Essential)Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyse dataProficiency in English, and one of:

    French, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese, Japanese, German, Italian, or Dutch, is a plusEnthusiasm for film and television production and programmingBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

    Preferred qualifications

    • 2+ years of professional experience in the market research field
    • Experience translating complex data sets into clear and compelling written narratives
    • Strong presentation skills specifically speaking about research methodologies and findings
    • Understanding of basic statistics
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, SPSS, Tableau
