- Executive level communication with board, Club executives, and project stakeholders regarding key project issues and updates.
- Develop project strategic plan, staffing plan, schedule, priorities and tasks for the overall project team
- Presentations to stakeholders, public entities and community groups
- Oversight and management of large team assigned to the project
- Define and layout vendor procurement strategy and schedule and manage procurement
- Create and update high level milestone schedule
- Monitor and manage progress of design team and construction team throughout the duration of the project.
- Understand and define potential risks of the project and communicate effectively
- Assemble and maintain reliable project budgets and monitor adherence by all parties to the agreed budgets regarding the described responsibilities.
- Monitor adherence to the agreed project schedule and advise of recovery measures as may be required.
- Report on quality of the work and manage resolution of all non-compliance items.
- Understand and ensure the team is obtaining all permits, inspections and approvals.
- Manage turnover of the project, and closeout of all assigned project contracts and accounts.

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Construction Engineering, Building Construction, Engineering, or Architecture is preferred.
- Significant and proven experience as project engineer, project manager, project director or project executive for a major design, construction or program management firm on large complex
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, quickly establishing credibility with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- High level presentation skills.
- Experience in managing personnel
- Superior collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multi-task, and produce all deliverables in a timely manner.
- This position requires living in the London area, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced jobsite environments.
- Must be flexible to work non-traditional hours due to the accelerated nature of the projects.
