You will be responsible for supporting business readiness activity and developing relationships with key stakeholders ensuring the Customer Services function is prepared and ready to receive upcoming change.
You will be instrumental in ensuring successful project delivery and embedding change.You will be required to champion the change process coordinating all aspects of these deliveries to defined Critical Success Factors related to scope, time, cost, impacts and quality of business readiness in line with governance and control frameworks.
You will be required to provide functional knowledge and expertise representing Customer services within the wider organisation, regularly engaging with project sponsors to provide updates and progress in line with the Project Life Cycle to enable the delivery of Change and integration initiatives.
