We have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts and Compliance Manager to join the team in this hybrid, flexible working role based in Cirencester.


This role would suit someone with contractor, supply chain management, housing compliance experience looking to take the first step in to a managerial role.

The Role
As the Contracts and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing contactors, contractor performance and the service delivery process used to order and deliver repairs, maintenance and planned works to the clients' housing portfolio. Contracts are with a small number of local and regional contractors.
  • Managing housing related compliance, ensuring our policies and procedures are uptodate and the clients' portfolio is 100% compliant.
  • Customer Service, as part of a small team ensuring we respond to the clients' residents in a timely and respectful way.


As part of the (CH) team, and attentive to the requirements of operating within a regulated housing environment, you will champion the Association's compliance with externally and internally driven standards and regulatory obligations alongside managingand monitoring the delivery of third party contractor works to the property portfolio in order to meet customer service, quality, and agreed performance requirements.


You will ensure all contractor activities are carried out in line with established agreements and commercial contracts, and to the standards of quality, compliance and customer service set out in the Association's quality management and knowledge managementsystem (QKMS) for which you will have routine responsibility.


About You
You will be motivated by delivering high-quality, customer focused services requiring coordination, cooperation and clear communications.

This role requires the use of IT systems to manage service delivery end to end, perform analysis to identify trendsand concerns before they develop into service delivery failures.

As such, you will enjoy following and improving processes, decision making based on data as well as interacting with customers.


You are likely will have experience of contractor, supply chain management, managing housing related compliance and using and improving quality procedures and procedures.
