We are seeking to recruit an experienced manager to lead our existing frontline teams and further develop our well established and high-quality family services located in Belfast.
The Salvation Army operates over 80 supported accommodation services across the UK and the Republic of Ireland. We call these services 'Lifehouses' because they are more than a place to stay. They are places where people can access support with their housing issues – but also find support to develop person centred support with other aspects of their lives such as employment & training, money management, loneliness & isolation, addiction, mental health and spirituality.
Centenary House is the largest residential Life House in Belfast accommodating vulnerable homeless men over 18 years of age.
Key Responsibilities:
The Service Manager will oversee the operation of these services in terms of performance management and develop and enhance the strategic and operational relationship with key stakeholders.
The role of Service Manager is central to achieving positive outcomes for our vulnerable clients with responsibility for local strategic vision and direction along with the day-to-day leadership of a team of dedicated professionals. You will champion excellence in terms of high-quality, cost-effective client centred service delivery.
