    The Firm

    Our client is a highly reputable practice with an excellent reputation for their work in the real estate sector.

    They act for an impressive client-base including institutional and investor landlords, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, international companies, inward investor and technology clients, sovereign wealth funds, entrepreneurs, and developers.

    The department have a specialist team of lawyers that have expertise all the major real estate sectors in London market and have established themselves as one of the 'go-to' firms for overseas investors.

    As a result of significant growth, this leading department are seeking an ambitious Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join their growing department.

    The Opportunity

    The Commercial Real Estate Department are ranked in the legal directories and are recognised as leading advisers in their field.

    They are renowned for their work with Corporate Occupiers and is led by a leading Partner in the field, who has extensive experience in the Middle East Real Estate market.

    Recent work highlights include advising a technology company on its acquisition of office spaces after a funding round of over £50m and advising an international company on its acquisition of a Grade A office space.

    They have partnered with us to find an enthusiastic Commercial Real Estate Solicitor who has a genuine interest in working in a specialist Corporate Occupiers team and make a mark within the sector.

    Requirements

    • Qualified Commercial Real Estate Solicitor with between 3 - 7 years' PQE
    • Corporate Occupiers experience
    • Excellent academics
