- Be an experienced Service Manager looking for a new challenge – with a background in Supported Living or Residential Services.
- Have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care – support and training towards Level 4 and 5 is available.
- Bring strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

Role : Registered Service Manager
Salary : Circa £45,000 per annum
Service : Pirlea House, Croydon
Your Service
This supported living service is a perfect home for those looking to live independently, but with specialist help to support 24/7. This apartment-based supported living model gives individuals the freedom, independence and responsibility of their own high-spec apartment, along with shared access to outdoor spaces and communal areas.
There is a relaxed and calm atmosphere throughout the service, but it's only a short distance from Central London where people love to take days out to the cinema, shopping or for a karaoke night Everyone keeps active and healthy with horse riding, visiting the gym or trampolining as well as encouraging their wellbeing with regular art activities and social events.

From ensuring the service runs smoothly and achieves quality excellence, to encouraging personal growth & development of the team – every day is unique.
