Role Overview

Responsibilities

To manage the process of on boarding all clients to our card and payment platform by opening accounts with our chosen integrated partners and providing on-going support both internally and externally.

This includes but is not limited to:

Processing card orders
Ensuring that all orders are correct and distributed in expected timeframe
Day to day communication with suppliers to ensure customer needs are met and to be the first point of contact for any issues, changes or concerns.
Keeping daily trackers and key information up to date and accurate
Liaising with Client Relationship Managers, Sales Team and Senior Management to ensure that information is communicated effectively both internally and externally
