    Define and coordinate robust engineering processes.
    Developing manufacturing processes to optimise output and efficiency.
    Generate and implement engineering solutions to take products from development to full production.
    Support key business projects.
    Introduce creative quality improvements to achieve 'Right First Time' standards.
    Resolve manufacturing problems in a timely manner.
    Design and develop solutions to maximize production efficiency.
    Efficiency – Able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort.
    Attention to detail – Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.
    High standards – Expects personal performance to be nothing short of the best.
    Experience using SolidWorks CAD/CAM
    Working towards a minimum of a 2:1 in Mechanical Engineering
    Be fluent in oral and written English.
