- Monthly payroll preparation for 3 companies using Sage 50 Payroll
- Processing pension and RTI submissions
- Reconciliation and analysis of net wages
- Dealing with various ad hoc payroll tasks such as pension queries
- Staying updated on new payroll regulations and ensuring compliance
- Assisting with payroll inquiries and preparing necessary documentation
- Standard work hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

Payroll Administrator Position at a Well-Established Commercial Cleaning Company
Are you skilled in end-to-end payroll processing?
Located in Hertford, our client, a reputable commercial Cleaning Company specializing in various cleaning services, is seeking a Payroll Administrator. Their expertise lies in providing cleaning services to construction companies for new builds like houses and flats. Currently, they are operating on multiple sites across London and the Southeast with over 200 cleaning operatives on board.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of payroll experience and be proficient in processing payroll using Sage 50 Payroll. Knowledge of CIS returns and statements is also required, with support available from the Finance Director and HR Manager for any technical queries.
The Payroll Administrator will report to the Finance Director and work independently in processing monthly payroll for three companies. Apart from payroll duties, the role may involve supporting other accounting tasks when necessary.
